Important Dates for the Soccer Season

Fall 2023 Season:

  • May 1, 2023 - May 31, 2023 (11:59 pm) - Early Registration for 2023 Fall Season. Receive a $10 discount on the registration fee. Discounted registration fee is $110. Coach and teammate requests will be accepted but not guaranteed. Please see the FAQ regarding coach requests and teammate requests for more information.

Registration in-person at Heartland Soccer Park:

  • May 13: 10am - 2pm
  • May 20: 10am - 2pm
  • June 1, 2023 - July 29, 2023 (11:59 pm) - Priority Registration for 2023 Fall Season. Registration fee is $120. Registrations accepted only if space is available. Age groups will be capped beginning this season. Coach and teammate requests will be accepted but not guaranteed. Please see the FAQ regarding coach requests and teammate requests for more information.

Registration in-person at Heartland Soccer Park:

  • July 22: 9am - 2pm
  • July 29: 9am - 2pm

Late Registrations will continue after July 29 but on an "as space is available" basis. After July 29, requests to be placed with a specific coach, a friend or on a specific team cannot be accepted and a $25 non-refundable late fee will apply.

  • August 5, 2023 - Coaches Meeting. All coaches are required to attend the Coaches Meeting. At this meeting, we cover HSC: NYSA rules and policies, the HSC: NYSA Coaches Code of Conduct and coaches receive team rosters. 

We will ask all coaches to contact all of their players as quickly as possible, but absolutely no later than one week after the Coaches Meeting. Parents: If you have not heard from a coach by August 9, please e-mail us at info@nysa-soccer.org.

  • August 26, 2023 - First games of the season.
  • September 9 and September 16 - Picture Day. Please visit the Photographer's information on the NYSA homepage.      

  • September 23, 2023 - Team Spirit Day

  • October 28, 2023 - End of Season Celebration - final games of the season.
