Important Dates for the Soccer Season

Spring 2024 Season:

  • October 1, 2023 - October 31, 2023 (11:59 pm) - Early Registration for 2024 Spring Season. Receive a $10 discount on the registration fee. Discounted registration fee is $110. Coach and teammate requests will be accepted but not guaranteed. Please see the FAQ regarding coach requests and teammate requests for more information.

Registration in-person at Heartland Soccer Park:

  • October 14: 10am - 2pm
  • October 21: 10am - 2pm
  • November 1, 2023 - February 10, 2024 (11:59 pm) - Priority Registration for 2023 Fall Season. Registration fee is $120. Registrations accepted only if space is available. Age groups will be capped beginning this season. Coach and teammate requests will be accepted but not guaranteed. Please see the FAQ regarding coach requests and teammate requests for more information.

Registration in-person at Heartland Soccer Park:

  • February 3: 9am - 2pm
  • February 10: 9am - 2pm

Late Registrations will continue after February 10 but on an "as space is available" basis. After February 10, requests to be placed with a specific coach, a friend or on a specific team cannot be accepted and a $25 non-refundable late fee will apply.

  • February 24, 2023 - Coaches Meeting. All coaches are required to attend the Coaches Meeting. At this meeting, we cover HSC: NYSA rules and policies, the HSC: NYSA Coaches Code of Conduct and coaches receive team rosters. 

We will ask all coaches to contact all of their players as quickly as possible, but absolutely no later than one week after the Coaches Meeting. Parents: If you have not heard from a coach by February 28, please e-mail us at info@nysa-soccer.org.

  • March 16, 2024 - First games of the season.
  • TBD - Picture Day.       

  • TBD - Team Spirit Day

  • May 18 - End of Season Celebration - final games of the season.
